Very good hotel, excellent service, courteous staff. Sauna, billiards, restaurant.The prices are not too high. There is even a Pyaterochka store within walking distance.

In June 2017, a graduation party for the 9th grade was held at the Terrace restaurant. The restaurant staff is competent and helpful.
